The comport component, actually is not innate Delphi component, that component is additional component in Borland Delphi 7, the function is for accessing data through computer port series (usually being used in communication series between computer and computer, mobile phone, microcontroller and other electronic devices). This component is very powerful, used as communication media series with dialog setup which possible to the user to access data series through port series as they like, for example Com1, Com2, Com3, Etc.
